Job Opening: Account Manager Visible Measures is looking for a passionate Account Manager to aide in supporting their growing client base.  The Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients through strategic proposal creation and live campaign management.  The ideal Account Manager has a solid understanding of the digital video space and has strong customer service and campaign management skills.   Responsibilities Primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Act as the lead point of contact for all pre-sale strategy and post-sale campaign management tasks for assigned clients Create client-focused solutions based on client needs and strong understanding of VMC product suite Collaborate closely with Sales team to develop strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities within territory Partner with internal Campaign Management team to ensure successful execution and delivery of live campaigns Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization strategies, data insights and key learnings to client Conduct primary and secondary research to respond to client inquiries, develop POVs, and prepare strategic proposals Function as an internal expert for proposal and campaign management best practices, providing insight into VMC product suite and usage for campaign effectiveness Requirements Minimum 2 years in a client services, strategy, or account management role Digital experience a must; video experience a major plus Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment Strong multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in a client facing role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite BA/BS degree or equivalent required   About Visible Measures Visible Measures is the leader in Content Advertising. Job Opening: Director of Sales The Director of Sales will represent and sell the entire VMC sales portfolio. The person filling this role will be responsible for developing assigned markets; growing and increasing revenues from high potential prospects and existing accounts. Their primary responsibility will be to achieve stated product revenue goals by applying audience based solutions to meet or exceed their clients’ needs. They will work with the primary client contact to develop, present, close and execute client solutions across the portfolio. This individual will be an experienced field sales representative with digital and/or media knowledge. The candidate should possess good communication skills (oral and written) as well as the ability to exceed specific activity metrics and revenue goals. Primary method of customer contact will be sales calls as well as phone calls and emails.   Responsibilities Responsible for complete sales cycle including prospecting, presenting, closing & retaining business across the entire VMC Responsible for growing business with existing accounts and diversifying client spend to entire product Responsible for growing business from new Assess customers/prospect’s needs and recommend most suitable application of products to satisfy stated Will collaboratively work with the primary client contact to develop, present, close and execute audience based solutions across the portfolio. Exceed monthly revenue Demonstrate a level of digital competency and aptitude in new digital media including: Mobile media (buying, planning and reporting tools) Social media (buying, planning and reporting tools) Video/Audio (buying, planning and reporting tools) Digital Services Demonstrated ability to keep abreast of new digital technology and the application to clients’ Frequent local travel Meet management and/or process defined Demonstrate focused daily Demonstrate an understanding of the VMC business Demonstrate an understanding of and remain current with the online media market.   Training & Development May assists Sales managers to develop other account executives in either digital or print knowledge, depending upon own expertise; and/or sells May assist with training new AE’s on the product portfolio and positioning of ad   Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
